RIGHTONTV takes copyright infringement very seriously and RIGHTONTVHD respects the intellectual property of others. Please note that RIGHTONTVHD is a web-wide video search company as well as a school referred service and a cultrual eduction website – our search engine finds free videos that are hosted on sites across the web and makes them easy to find for our users. (Much as Google does for web pages.) RIGHTONTVHD does not host videos – we link to videos that are already hosted on other websites. Having a video listing removed from RIGHTONTVHD does not remove the actual source video from the 3rd party site.

If you believe that content accessible through the RIGHTONTVHD website infringes your copyright:

We suggest that you contact the website that is hosting the video and have it removed from that site. Once the video removed from the host site, our search engine will reflect that unavailability shortly thereafter.
Alternatively, please send written communication containing the following information to the Copyright Agent below. Please note that we may post your notification, with personally identifiable information redacted, to a clearinghouse such as chillingeffects.org. Please also note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that a video is infringing your copyright:

if you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and can identify any content on the Site which is not a work for which you are compensated through a licensing agency, and which you believe is infringing your copyright(s), you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our Designated Agent (as set forth below) with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for further details):

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.​

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, for multiple copyrighted works, a representative list of the works.

Identification of the material that you claim to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit RIGHTONTVHD to locate the material. This information should include the complete unique URL associated with each video (ex: http://RIGHTONTV/watch/?url=6t533gbbm). This URL detail is necessary as many pages contain multiple links and we must avoid deleting authorized links in error.

Your address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

​In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), it is RIGHTONTVHD’s policy to respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement. RIGHTONTVHD will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. Upon receipt of notices complying or substantially complying with the DMCA, RIGHTONTVHD may remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is claimed to be infringing.
